Although all of the Olympic events seem exciting, I have my favorites. There are many exciting events in the winter Olympics.
My favorite winter Olympic sport is bobsledding, because the sled goes down the track at 80+ miles per hour. I find it most appealing because of its name and how it works.
This sport was one of the first in the winter Olympics. The country predicted to win the next bobsleigh race is Canada. The country that has the best predicted bobsleigh team is Germany.
As opposed to other sports, there is no record in bobsledding because each track is different. The United States’ strongest competitors are Germany, Switzerland, and Russia.

These countries are able to practice more, because they have colder climates that allow the athletes to practice more days of the year.

Although many think of only the summer games when they think of the Olympics, the winter Olympics have many exciting events. The winter Olympics

was started, because many athletes who play winter sports could not participate in the summer Olympics. The winter Olympics has grown, because more

countries are participating. An exciting winter sport is the bobsleigh, because the athletes move quickly down a new track at each Olympics.

The summer and winter Olympics are very different and unique and the winter Olympics may have many sports that you do not even know about.

However, it is exciting to watch the various events of the winter Olympics.
